Ming Cheng Precision Co., Ltd. does not to purchase and refuse to use conflict minerals, or their derivatives that may directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups through mining or mineral trading in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country.

"Conflict Minerals" are metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and tin (Sn) derived from minerals being sourced from mines in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or an adjoining country (conflict areas) which are controlled by non-government military groups, or unlawful military factions the coverage on human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and environmental issues resulting from the extraction of minerals.

Ming Cheng Precision Co., Ltd. herein declares that the products, materials are DRC Conflict-Free. Ming Cheng Precision Co., Ltd. will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure "DRC Conflict-Free". Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting a new form and rule pursuant to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act relating to the use of conflict minerals. Section 1502 added Section 13(p) to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, which requires the Commission to promulgate rules requiring issuers with conflict minerals that are necessary to the functionality or production of a product manufactured by such person to disclose annually whether any of those minerals originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country.
